Prices

1. Dial-Up (prices are valid from April 1, 2005)

• Notes:

  1. An e-mail message is considered to be received at the moment of storing it to the client’s mailbox at the BCC e-mail server. An e-mail message is considered to be sent at the moment of delivering it to any e-mail server authorized by recipient. An e-mail message addressed to several recipients is charged as a separate message for each recipient.
  2. A user can have mailboxes of only one type on the account: either unlimited (e-mails are charged) or limited to 10 MByte (e-mails are free of charge).
  3. A user subscribed for Internet services can set up a personal homepage (with an address http://www.bcc.com.uz/~login_name) with up to 1 MBytes space on the WWW-server of the BCC free of charge (individual ftp-login for information update is provided).
  4. Consultations at the BCC office with duration less than 15 minutes are free of charge.
  5. the BCC clients that make prepayments of monthly fee for several months have a discount according to the following scheme:
  • from 3 to 5 months - 3%;
  • from 6 to 11 momths - 5%;
  • from 1 year to 1 year and 11 months - 7%;
  • 2 years and more - 10%.

2. ADSL - connection

• Notes:

  1. Cost for connection is the same for all tariff plans offered by the Provider.
  2. Cost of the ADSL connection consists of: connection of the Client’s phone line to the Provider’s ADSL equipment at the telephone station, installation of an ADSL-modem and a frequency splitter (filter) at the Client’s premises, setting of a network connection in the OS Windows on the Client’s computer.
  3. Cost of the ADSL connection installation does not include the cost of phone wire installation at the Client’s premises. Cost for such installation has to be paid by the client separately.
  4. Approximate time for the ADSL connection installation with the use of an existing telephone line is 5 days, with installation of a new line (direct line) – 3 weeks.
  5. For the ADSL connection installation the client has to provide an official letter of confirmation, addressed to the client’s telephone services provider approving connection of the phone line to the ADSL equipment of the Provider.
  6. For the use of services client should have a PC with the operational system Windows installed and Ethernet (10Base-T) or USB port, аs well as a telephone line from АТS-56/152, 132/133/136, 54/55, 144, 134/135, 45. Availability of the specified technical means does not guarantee the ability to receive quality services because of the possible poor condition of the existing phone wire connection between the client and the ATS.
  7. Speed of the ADSL connection depends on the quality of the used line and may vary from 64 Kbps up to 1024 Кbps.
  8. The Client will be provided with an ADSL-modem Zyxel Prestige-645M or Zyxel Prestige-630 A security deposit defined in the price list has to be paid by the Client at the moment of registering the service contract. After canceling of the service contract the modem has to be returned undamaged to the Provider. In this case the Client can claim the deposit.
  9. The Client can independently organize a direct connection line and connect to the Provider’s equipment at the ATS, and will be charged as a Client with the existing telephone line.
  10. The Client can use it’s own ADSL modem type as specified above. In this case there will be no security deposit.
  11. Change of the tariff plan used by the client is done free of charge but only on the first day of a month. The Client should inform the Provider about the intention of changing tariff plan for at least five working days prior to the end of the month.
  12. IBM-compatible computer meeting the following requirements: CPU Pentium-II 266, RAM 64 MB, HDD 4 GB, network card, is to be provided by the client for installation of a dedicated e-mail/Internet server.

3. ADSL - Tariff Plans «Traffic» (traffic measurement)

• Notes:

  • The Client’s incoming traffic is counted. Outgoing traffic is counted if it exceeds 30% of the Client’s limit for incoming traffic.
  • Traffic is counted at the port of the client connected to the Provider network with «ip accounting» facilities of Cisco routers.

6. Technical Services

• Notes:

  • IBM-compatible computer meeting the following requirements: CPU Pentium-II 266, RAM 64 MB, HDD 4 GB, modem, network card, is to be provided by the client for installation of a dedicated e-mail/Internet server.

7. Domain name registration

• Note: Services with prices given in US Dollars may be paid for in Uzbek Soums at the exchange rate fixed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the day of payment.

8. Web-hosting

• Note: the BCC clients that make prepayment for several months have a discount according to the following scheme:

  • from 3 to 5 months - 3%;
  • from 6 to 11 momths - 5%;
  • from 1 year to 1 year and 11 months - 7%;
  • 2 years and more - 10%.

9. Website/banner design & development (pricelist is valid from July 1, 2005)

• Notes:

  1. The final price for site design & development is set upon agreement in each case taking into consideration the design complexity and additional elements.
  2. Clients ordering sites at the BCC design studio get 1-year FREE hosting on the BCC server.
  3. Existing ВСС clients have 10% discount on all services given in the current price list.

10. Price List for software installation
