Technical Support
In cases when BCC clients cannot fix technical problems that may arise during using the BCC Internet services they can apply for assistance from the technical support team.
Clients can get qualified support from the BCC expert in the following ways:
- by phone 152-2-152. The service is free of charge.
- at the BCC office. Short time support (less than 15 minutes) is free of charge, otherwise the client is charged for the time spent by a BCC expert for fixing the client's problem at 4000 soum per hour.
- at the client's office. Besides charges for the time spent for fixing the client's problem (at 4000 soum per hour) the client is also charged for the BCC expert's visit to the client's office (4000 soum). So, if the BCC expert visited the client's office and spent 2 hours solving the problem the client will have to pay for the service 12,000 soum (4000+2*4000=12000).
